Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Ferris Standard reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time for future work.
5. Revisions & Scope
Projects include a defined number of revisions as outlined in your agreement.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges
Scope changes may impact timelines and pricing
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. These may vary depending on:
Client responsiveness
Scope changes
External dependencies (e.g., printing vendors)
Ferris Standard is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
7. Third-Party Services
We may coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., printers, hosting providers).
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by third parties
Any third-party costs may be passed on to the client
8. Limitation of Liability
Ferris Standard LLC is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Issues arising from misuse of delivered designs or assets
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project at any time.
Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full
Deposits are non-refundable
Final files will only be delivered upon full payment
10. Portfolio & Promotion
Ferris Standard LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
11. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this site (e.g., contact forms) will be used solely for communication and business purposes. We do not sell or share your data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
