OVERVIEW

The SWAC x Buick 2024 Presentation Deck was designed as a high-impact storytelling tool to communicate Buick’s presence and performance at a culturally significant collegiate sports event. The objective wasn’t just to present data—it was to elevate Buick’s brand perception within a younger, experience-driven audience while maintaining alignment with GM’s premium design standards. I developed a cohesive visual system that blended clean, modern typography with structured layouts and bold data visualization, ensuring the deck felt both executive-ready and visually engaging. The design language leaned into contrast, hierarchy, and clarity—allowing key insights to stand out while still feeling part of a refined, unified narrative.

Beyond aesthetics, this project required strategic thinking around how experiential marketing performance is communicated. I translated complex engagement metrics—like display impressions, visit rates, and dwell time—into digestible, visually compelling graphics that told a clear story: Buick’s activation successfully captured attention and sustained engagement. Every slide was built to support quick comprehension in high-level presentations, making it easy for stakeholders to understand impact without needing deep analysis.

Execution & Impact
The execution focused on balancing brand fidelity with modern presentation design. I incorporated Buick’s established visual identity while pushing toward a more contemporary, tech-forward look—subtle gradients, structured data funnels, and clean UI-inspired components helped the deck feel elevated and forward-thinking. Real-world imagery from both indoor and outdoor activations was integrated alongside performance metrics to create a tangible connection between design and results, reinforcing credibility.

The final deliverable served as both a reporting tool and a brand statement. It demonstrated how thoughtful design can enhance perceived value—not just of the presentation itself, but of the activation it represents. By transforming raw data into a polished narrative, the deck helped position Buick as a brand that understands both experience design and measurable impact. This project reflects my ability to merge design, strategy, and storytelling into a single, high-performing deliverable tailored for executive and client-facing environments.
