OVERVIEW
From Existing Condition to Fully Realized Vision
Starting with a standard photo of the home’s front exterior, I used Adobe Photoshop and AI-assisted generation to completely reimagine the landscape in a way that felt both aspirational and grounded in reality. The existing property lacked structure and intentional flow, so the focus was on introducing a cohesive layout—layered planting beds, natural stone groupings, and a guided walkway that leads the eye and the user toward the entry.
Using AI, I rapidly explored multiple planting styles, density levels, and organic shapes, while Photoshop allowed me to refine those ideas into a polished, realistic composition. Every element—from lighting placement to material transitions—was intentionally designed and composited to feel accurate to scale and environment. The result is a visualization that bridges concept and reality, giving the homeowner a clear, emotionally engaging preview of what their space could become.

Multi-Angle Clarity, Confident Decisions
Beyond a single hero view, the project focused on building confidence through multiple perspectives and layout variations. By showing how the design reads from different angles—approach from the sidewalk, standing at the entry, and viewing from the street—the client could fully understand spatial relationships and flow before committing to construction.
This approach eliminated ambiguity. Instead of guessing how dense plantings might feel or how pathways would interact with the lawn, the client could see it all resolved in advance. AI accelerated the exploration phase, while Photoshop ensured each direction remained cohesive and believable.
The outcome was faster alignment, fewer revisions, and a clearly defined plan ready for execution. This project demonstrates how Ferris Standard leverages modern tools to turn abstract ideas into tangible, build-ready vision—saving time, reducing risk, and elevating the final result.
